Transfer Center
Using the Transfer Center page, you can perform various transfer-related tasks. It provides a central point for transfer activity, such as:
- Search for transfers ( Search for transfers)
- Create transfers ( Create transfers)
- Edit transfers ( Edit transfers)
- Approve / Reject transfers (Approve or reject a transfer)
Pending, Processed, and All Tabs
The Pending, Processed and All tabs on the Transfer Center page, enables you to view a list of transfers based on their current status. Using the Search fields, you can filter the items that are displayed in the list of transfers.
Using the Items per page list, you can define how many transfers display on the page. If there are a significant number of transfers, you can scroll through the pages using a scroll bar located just beneath the transfers table.
Transfer List
Each tab provides a table which displays a list of transfers based on the search results or all transfers of the type of transfer, such as all processed transfers. Using the table you can sort by column headings by using the

arrows in the column heading. The sort order is based on the column that displays either the up or down arrow.
- Create Transfer button
Click to go to the Create Transfer page to create a new transfer.

The beginning date of a range to use when searching
- To
The end date of a range to use when searching
- Reference #
The transfer reference number to use when searching
- Status
The transfer status to use when searching
- Search button
To activate the search, click this button.
- Advanced Search button
To go to the Advanced Search page to do a more detailed search, click this button. See Advanced Search.
- Select All
Click to select all transactions listed on the page.
Click individual check boxes to select one or more items in the list.
When you select items, you can perform the available options shown in the bottom left. Options may include Approve, Reject and Delete. The available options depend on your entitlements.
When you use this option to select all the items, the button changes to Select None.
- Date
The scheduled transfer date
- Reference #
Indicates the reference number assigned to the transfer when the transfer was created
The reference number appears as a link. Use the link to access the Edit Bulk Transfer page for the transfer or the View Bulk Transfer page. The page that appears depends on the transfer status and your user permissions.
- From Account
Identifies the account from which funds will be or were transferred
To go to the Edit Bulk Transfer page that displays all the transfers that are part of this bulk transfer, click more>>.
- To Account
Identifies the account to which funds will be or were transferred
To go to the Edit Bulk Transfer page that displays all the transfers that are part of this bulk transfer, click more>>.
- Status
Indicates the transfer state, such as Pending
If the status requires action, such as approval, the status is displayed as a link. The link opens the page where you can complete the required action.
Note: To complete the required action, you must have the appropriate user permissions.- Frequency
Indicates a one-time only or a recurring transfer
- Amount
The transfer amount
For the listed transfers, the following actions can be performed:
- To delete the checked transfers, click Delete.
- If you have the option to approve the checked transfers, click Approve.
- If you have the option to reject the checked transfers, click Reject.
