Managing user information individually

Managing user information involves creating and editing company users, and providing them entitlements to system features and functionality.

The Manage Users page, accessed from the Administration menu, is used to manage user information. Depending on your configuration, you can either manage a user's entitlements to features and functionality individually or by establishing user groups.

The following topics cover managing user information individually. If the user group feature is enabled for your company you will manage user entitlements through user groups. For information on managing user information with user groups, see Managing user information with user groups enabled.

Note: This function is available only to CSAs. Depending on system configuration, approval by a second CSA may be required before the change takes effect.
