Approve or reject a user

About this task

Depending on system configuration, approval or rejection of a user by a second Company System Administrator may be required.

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Manage section, select User. The Manage Users page appears.

  2. In the Approval Status column for the user group to be approved or rejected, click the pending approval link. The Approve User page appears.

  3. Preview the information on the user to be approved or rejected, and depending on your decision, click Approve or Reject. The Manage Users page appears with Approved or Rejected in the user group's Approval Status column.
