Set approval privileges

About this task

These instructions are specific to a configuration where user entitlements are defined at the individual user level.

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Manage section, select Users. The Manage Users page appears.

  2. Select the User ID. The View User page appears.

  3. Click the Edit User button. The Edit User page appears.

  4. In the Access Level section, for Approvals, do the following:

    1. Select the Set approval privileges option.
    2. Click Set Approvals. The Set approvals overlay appears.

  5. Do the following to enable approvals:

    To... Do this...
    Enable approvals Select individual check boxes (select the ALL check box to set approvals for a group of functionality).

    Selected check boxes indicate that approvals are enabled.

    Disable approvals Clear individual check boxes (clear the ALL check box to disable approvals for a group of functionality).

    Cleared check boxes indicate the approvals are not enabled.

  6. On the Set Approvals overlay, click Save. The Edit User page appears.

  7. Click Save. The Manage Users page appears.
