Enrolling a user in bill payments

Two options for enrolling users in the bill payments feature are available; self-enrollment and enrollment by a company administrator. This topic covers company administrator enrollment of a user.

To enroll a user in bill payments, the user must have the proper entitlements. The user must have bill payment entitlements for at least one account that is enabled for bill payments by the financial institution.

The first time a user accesses Bill Payments, after they are enrolled by an administrator, they will be prompted to accept a disclaimer and enter further security information.
