Enroll a user in bill payments

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Manage section, select Users. The Manage Users page appears.

  2. Select the User ID for the user you want to enroll in bill payments. The View User page appears.

  3. Click Edit User. The Edit User page appears.

  4. From the Additional Services section, select Enroll in Bill Payments. The Bill Payment Enrollment page appears.

    Note: The user must be properly entitled for bill payments. If the user does not have the proper entitlements, the link to enroll in bill payments is not displayed. An entitled user has entitlements to one or more accounts enabled for bill payments by the financial institution.

  5. Click Enroll. The Edit User page appears with a success message.

  6. Click Save or Cancel to return to the Manage Users page.
