Approve or reject a user group

About this task

Depending on system configuration, approval of a user group by a second CSA may be required for changes to take effect.

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Manage section, select User Groups.

  2. In the Approval Status column for the user group to be approved or rejected, click the pending approval link.

  3. On the Approve User Group page, preview the user group to be approved or rejected, and depending on your decision, click Approve or Reject.

    The Manage User Groups page appears. The status of the approved User Group is changed to Approved. The status of the rejected user group is changed to either the previous status or, If the user group was new, and it is removed from the list.
