View mobile activity

About this task

Using Universal Online Banker, you can view actions that were performed in the mobile application.

Note: Availability to view mobile activity is dependent on whether the feature has been enabled by your financial institution and the entitlements set for your account.

Procedure

  1. From the Tools menu, in the Manage section, select Mobile Banking Profile.

  2. Click View Mobile Activity. The Mobile Banking Activity History page appears.

  3. Under View Activity, select either of the following viewing options.

    • Select Date Range

    • Display a number of Days

  4. Based on your viewing options selection, do either of the actions described in the table.

    If you select... Do this...
    Date Range In the From date field, enter the starting date for the date range in MM/DD/YYYY format.

    In the To date field, enter the ending date for the date range in MM/DD/YYYY format.

    Display a number of Days In the Display [number of] Days field, enter the number of days to include in the result.

  5. Click Change View. The information is displayed in the Mobile Activity section of the page.
