View and filter files by status

Procedure

1. From the main menu, select File Services, and in the Electronic File Delivery section, select Check Status.

2. The Check EFD Status page displays batch uploads grouped as PRODUCTION or TEST. For each status, the page displays the following:

   • The number of upload files in that status.
   • The total number of items (transactions) included in all uploaded file in that status.
   • A link for the status, which when clicked displays the Manage EFD Uploads page filtered for that status. For details, see Manage EFD Uploads.
   Tip: Each list is sorted by status. You can click the Status link to reverse the sort order.
