The User Activity Details page displays the following additional information about the logged activity:
- Function Information– This section displays the general details of the activity.
- Audit Data
– The details shown here differ significantly according to the component and function type.
Note:
- The timestamp given to a logged activity is relative to the financial institution's time zone. Dates and times in the audit data are relative to the time zone of the system that operates financial institution ACI Universal Online Banker. The system may be located in a different time zone than the financial institution.
- When Holding Company functionality is enabled, any actions completed by Holding Company user within a subsidiary captures the Holding Company ID and Holding Company user ID on the audit record in the subsidiary. The Search Results list displays the Login ID as LoginID@CompanyID where CompanyID is the company to which the user belongs.
