Upload Logs

Support company users can view the logs of past upload attempts for all companies and users. This feature aids with troubleshooting and resolving issues with a batch upload file.

Note: This feature is available only to authorized support company users for the financial institution. For more information on a support company and its users, see EFD Support.

Logged activities include the following:

  • The login ID and user name of the user who performed the activity
  • The date and time the activity was performed
  • The message type (Info, Warning, Error, or Critical)
Note: The displayed time is relative to the financial institution's time zone.

Support company users can view the logs of past upload attempts for all companies and users. This feature aids with troubleshooting and resolving issues with a batch upload file.

The log details can be displayed by clicking the link in the Type column. The Upload Log page displays the same general information as the list page but also includes the log message.

Note: Error and Critical messages may be lengthy, as they can contain a listing of system details at the time the error occurred. This information includes a message in plain language.
