Unenroll from Mobile Banking

About this task

Note: If you plan on re-enrolling in mobile banking in the near future, consider changing your activation status to Deactivated rather than unenrolling from mobile banking.

To unenroll from Mobile Banking

Procedure

  1. From the Tools menu, in the Manage section, select Mobile Banking Profile.

  2. Next to Mobile Enrollment Status, click Change Enrollment. The Unenroll from Mobile Banking overlay appears.

  3. Click Submit Change. The Mobile Banking Profile page appears with a message stating that the mobile number was successfully unenrolled. The Mobile Banking Profile page changes so that the only available option is to re-enroll in mobile banking.
