Template Center - advanced large corporate ACH
The Templates Center enables you to manage payment templates, which can be used to create new payments with greater ease and speed. You can access the Templates Center by clicking on Templates Center under Payments. This topic reviews the page's features and options when the class of service is configured for the advanced large corporate ACH payment set.

Click this button to search using only the criteria entered above.
- Advanced Search

Click this button to go to the Advanced Search overlay where you can enter more template and recipient search criteria to further narrow the search.
- Select All/Select None

Clicking the Select All button selects all items listed on the page. The column check boxes enable you to select one or more of the listed items and then perform an action on all of them at one time.
After selecting items, you can click one of the buttons below the list to perform that action. The buttons that are available depend on each user's entitlements in the system.

Name of the template for identification
The link displays a view or edit page for the template depending on the user's entitlements to the payment type for this account and ability to create, edit, or view the template.

Brief description of the template
- Status

The current status of the template
The status is either:
- A link if the template requires some type of approval and you can approve it based on the account, template type, last modifier, approver status, and whether approving one's own template is allowed
- Static text if any of the above criteria do not apply
- Availability

Indicates whether the template is active or inactive, which depends on the Template Activation setting in the edit template flow
- Transaction Account

The company's account used in the transaction
This field displays a different account number based on the transaction type:
- For a payment transaction, the customer's debit account
- For a collection transaction, the customer's recipient account
- Company Account Identifier

The company's account number or nickname for the account
- Payment Type

The payment type on which the template is based
- CR DR Mixed

Indicates whether the payments based on the template must contain all credits, all debits, or can have a mixture of the two.
- Recipient

Payment recipient name or party being debited in a collection
If more than one recipient, the View Recipients link appears. Clicking this link displays the View Recipients overlay.
- Recipient Bank

The name of the recipient's or beneficiary's bank
For multiple recipients, this field will be blank.
- Last Modified By

User ID of the last user to modify the template in any way, for example changing details or the template status
- Last Updated

The date and time of the last template modification or status change by the user in the Last Modified By field
- Transaction Acct Amount

The sum total of all debit items in the payment and the number of items (in parentheses)
- Recipient Acct Amount

The sum total of all credit items in the payment and the number of items (in parentheses)
- Action

A list of actions you can do to the template, which is based on the user's entitlements:
- Edit Template – Edits the template details
- Copy Template – Makes a copy of this template to use in making a new template with similar features
- Create Payment – Creates a new payment based on the template
