System requirements
The browser requirements for using Corporate Banking are as follows:
- Windows(R) Internet Explorer 9 and 10
- Mozilla(R) Firefox 20
- Google(R) Chrome 26
Note: As new browsers are released, they will be tested to see if they meet the functional and visual design requirements of Corporate Banking.
In addition, the following screen resolutions (measured in pixels) are recommended:
- 1024 x 768 – Certified
- 1680 x 1050 – Certified
- 1280 x 1024 – Supported
- 1440 x 900 – Supported
Additional Notes:
- JavaScript is required for the application to function optimally. If not enabled, certain features and functions will not work properly.
- Minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768 VGA
- Windows display properties settings: 96 DPI (Windows default)
- Browser text size: Medium
There are no other special requirements for your computer system as long as it supports one of the listed browsers and meets the other minimum requirements shown here.
Note: Always use the navigational buttons and menus within the application. Use of browser navigation, including the browser's Back button, is not supported and may result in “unexpected” behavior. Again, do not use the browser Back button.
