Statements widget

The Statements widget provides at-a-glance account balance information as well as options to perform actions directly from the widget. This widget is customizable, allowing you to define account views and available actions.

Note: The Statements widget is not displayed if a user does not have the appropriate functional entitlements.

The following image shows the initial Statements widget page, where the user selects a statement type from among those provided in the drop-down.

After the user selects the statement type and click Continue, the Create Default Statement overlay displays, as illustrated.

The following describes the features.
Available Accounts
Displays all accounts entitled to the user for the selected Statement type. The user selects accounts that should appear on the Dashboard for the Statement view.
Default View
Enables users to set a statement as the default. This causes it to display on the top of the Statements widget for easy selection.
Note: The Statements view displays the last 6 available statements.

The following image shows an example Statement View.

When the user clicks a hyperlink in the Name column, the statement displays in PDF or Image View, depending on what is configured in Accounts > Statements View.
