Statements widget
The Statements widget provides at-a-glance account balance information as well as options to perform actions directly from the widget. This widget is customizable, allowing you to define account views and available actions.
Note: The Statements widget is not displayed if a user does not have the appropriate functional entitlements.
The following image shows the initial Statements widget page, where the user selects a statement type from among those provided in the drop-down.
After the user selects the statement type and click Continue, the Create Default Statement overlay displays, as illustrated.
The following describes the features.
- Available Accounts
- Displays all accounts entitled to the user for the selected Statement type. The user selects accounts that should appear on the Dashboard for the Statement view.
- Default View
- Enables users to set a statement as the default. This causes it to display on the top of the Statements widget for easy selection.
Note: The Statements view displays the last 6 available statements.
The following image shows an example Statement View.
When the user clicks a hyperlink in the Name column, the statement displays in PDF or Image View, depending on what is configured in Accounts > Statements View.
