Set User Access Schedule
The following fields and options appear on the Set User Access Schedule overlay:
- Day
Each day of the week plus Holiday, which covers all non-weekend days off
- Access Level
One of these system access options:
- Access – The user may access the system, on that day, during the hours indicated in the Times column.
- No Access – The user may not access the system on this day.
- Times (EDT)
The times that the user may access the system
The default From 00:00 To 23:59 indicates all day access.
- Access Hold
Clicking this box stops the user from all system access until the box is unchecked.
