Select Comma/Semicolon/Tab Separated Columns

This page enables you to define the columns for a character-delimited file format.

The page name reflects the file format selected on the Manage Export Profiles page. Depending on the selected format, one of these titles appears on the page:

  • Select Comma Separated Columns
  • Select Semicolon Separated Columns
  • Select Tab Separated Columns
File Format

The file format for data export selected on the Create Export Profile page

The rest of the fields are the columns that are to be a part of the export.

Include

To choose the elements you want in the export, select the check box for the corresponding element.

When you clear a check box, the Order and Sort By elements are removed.

Note: By default, all fields are selected.
Columns

Possible elements for the export

Options are as follows:

  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Product Sub-Type
  • Account Currency
  • Bank ID
  • Bank Name
  • Transaction Description
  • Transaction Type
  • Debit/Credit Indicator (Detail only)
  • Amount
  • Customer Reference (Detail only)
  • Bank Reference (Detail only)
  • Ledger Date
  • Reference Text (Detail only)
Note: The elements marked with (Detail only) are only available when Detail (transaction) data is included in the exported file.
Order

Changeable number of the field that determines the order of the elements

By default, all fields are completed and are in ascending order (1-14).

When an element's check box is cleared in the Include column, the corresponding Order field is removed, and the numbering is adjusted.

Note: If the user makes a numbering error, a message appears after Continue is clicked.
Sort By

The element to be the basis for sorting the export data from the elements listed

By default, the first column (with Order = 1) is initially selected.

If the check box of the first element is cleared in the Include column, the next element (Order = 2) becomes number 1 and the default.

Sort Order

Specifies the export data sort order

The two options are:

  • Ascending (1-14)
  • Descending (14-1)

This list only appears next to the element that is currently selected in the Sort By column. The export can only be sorted based on one element.
