Reset a user's password
About this task
Note: This function is available only to the Company System Administrator(s).
Procedure
From the Administration tab, in the Reset/Edit section, select Password. The Reset Password page appears.
On the Reset Password page, enter the following information:
- In the User ID field, enter the User ID of the user whose password you are resetting.

In the New Password field, enter a new, temporary password, or click Generate to receive a system-generated secure password.
Upon first successful login, the system prompts the user to create a new password.
- In the Confirm Password field, re-enter the temporary password for confirmation.
Click Submit.
