Reset a user's login ID

About this task

Note: This function is available only to the Company System Administrator(s).

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Reset/Edit section, select Login. The Reset Login page appears.

  2. Enter the user's ID in the User ID field.

  3. Click Submit.
