Refresh account data in real time

Procedure

  1. On any page where the Refresh Data link appears, click Refresh Data.

    The Select Accounts for Real Time Update appears, listing all the online accounts for which you are entitled. You can update any account with Complete in the Status column.

    Note: You cannot refresh data for an account whose status is In Progress, which can occur if you or another user has already requested a data refresh, and the process has not yet completed. This conflict can arise if accounts are shared between your company and another company.

  2. To update both balances and transactions, or only one of the two, select the accounts you want to update in the Update Balances and Update Transactions columns, and click Submit.

    The same page continues to display as the system proceeds with the update process. During the update, the check boxes may temporarily disappear to prevent you or other company users from attempting to initiate another update on the same account.

    Note: The update process may take some time. You can continue with your work while the update proceeds, or if you prefer, you can remain on the update page and monitor the progress.
