Manage your Mobile Banking preferences

Procedure

  1. From the Tools menu, in the Manage section, select Mobile Banking Profile.

  2. Next to Mobile Preferences, click Change Mobile Preferences. The Change Mobile Preferences page appears. By default, all accounts to which you are entitled for are displayed

  3. To filter the accounts that display on the page:

    1. In the first filter field, select one of the following:
      • Show All – This option is the default. Filters the account on both Account Nickname and Account Number
      • Account Nickname – Filters the search based on the Account Nickname
      • Account Number – Filters the search based on the Account Number
    2. In the search field, enter all or part of the account ID or account nickname.
    3. Click the search icon. The accounts that meet the search criteria are displayed in the grid.

  4. Select check boxes to enable accounts and account functions for mobile accessibility.

    Note: A check box is displayed for each account and function to which you have proper entitlements.
    Account Nickname/Account Number

    The identifying information for the account in the features grid row.
    Mobile Balances
    Indicates if account balances are displayed on a mobile device.
    You must have entitlements to Previous Day Summary or Current Day Summary for balances to be viewable on the mobile device.
    Mobile Transactions
    Indicates if transactions for the account are viewable in mobile banking.
    The transactions you can view are based on entitlements.
    Mobile Transfers
    Indicates whether you can create transfers involving this account from a mobile device.
    Mobile Approvals
    Indicates whether you can perform approvals for this account using a mobile device.
    Mobile Positive Pay
    Indicates whether you can manage positive pay, reverse positive pay and ACH positive pay—depending on entitlements—for this account using a mobile device.

  5. Click the Submit Preferences button. The Mobile Banking Profile page appears with a success message.
