File Services Reports
On File Services Reports page, you can select which report you wish to generate and specify optional search criteria that limits the data included in the report. You can select multiple criteria to limit a report to a subset of payments.
Report Options

These reports are available:
- Payment Summary Report
- Payment Detail Report
- File Upload Summary Report
- The Report Types choice affects the Search Criteria options.
- Search Criteria
To limit the report's contents, enter information in any of the Search Criteria fields.
To include all payments in the report, skip the Search Criteria fields.
- File Name
Limits the report to payments that are in uploaded files that have a specific file name or match a partial name with the wildcard characters * and ?
- Transaction Status
Limits the report to uploaded files with a specific transaction status
- Total File Credits
Includes an uploaded file only when the total of all credit amounts in the file is equal to a specified amount or falls within a specified range
Note: If the bank is configured for balanced ACH file processing, the total includes offset amounts.- Total File Debits
Includes an uploaded file only when the total of all debit amounts in the file is equal to a specified amount or falls within a specified range
Note: If the bank is configured for balanced ACH file processing, the total includes offset amounts.- Last Modified Date
Limits the report to uploaded files that were modified on a specific date or within a date range
File Upload Summary Report Search Criteria
- Report Types
File Upload Summary Report will have been selected previously.
- Search Criteria
To limit the report's contents, enter information in any of the Search Criteria fields.
To include all file uploads in the report, skip the Search Criteria fields.
- File Upload Type
Limits the report to the specific file type selected from the list
- File Status
Limits the report to items with the file status selected from the list
- Last Modifier
Limits the report to the file uploads last changed by the modifier selected from the list
- Last Modifier Date Range
Limits the report to file uploads whose last modification occurred within a specific date range
When you click the View button, the report is generated and displays in a new window. The window's toolbar enables users to view, download, and print reports.
