Enroll in Mobile Banking

About this task

Note: If the Mobile Banking Profile menu option is not available, it indicates that you are not enrolled in mobile banking and that you are not entitled to enroll yourself. If you are not entitled to self-enroll and need to enroll, contact your company support representative to determine your company's enrollment method and policies.

Procedure

  1. From the Tools menu, in the Manage section, select Mobile Banking Profile. The Mobile Usage Disclaimer appears.

    This disclaimer is a legal agreement you must accept in order to enroll in and use mobile banking.

    Note: If the disclaimer is updated, you might be required to view and accept it in a future online session.

  2. Read the agreement and click Accept. The Enroll in Mobile Banking page appears.

  3. Enter your mobile phone number in the Mobile Number and Confirm Mobile Number fields.

  4. Click Submit Change. The Mobile Banking Profile page appears.

After you have enrolled in mobile banking, you must set your mobile preferences. Refer to Mobile Preferences for more information.
