Draft Printer Preferences

Use this page to designate the printers to use to print drafts at your location. You can define up to ten local or network printers.

Note: This function is available only to CSAs.

The Non-Encoded Draft section defines printing preferences for drafts that are not MICR-encoded. The MICR-Encoded Draft section defines printing preferences for drafts that are MICR-encoded.

Printer

The specific printer that you want to use for printing drafts

You can specify different printers for non-encoded and MICR-encoded drafts.

Select the type/model...

The type and model of the printer that matches the selected printer

Printer Tray

The tray where the printer draws paper

Select one of these printer tray types:

Manual Feed - Draft paper is manually fed into the printer.
Auto Select - Printer automatically selects printer tray.

Top Margin

The top margin in inches on a printed draft

The default is 0.0.

Left Margin

The left margin in inches on a printed draft

The default is 0.0.

Test Print button

Allows a version of the draft to go to the printer for preview before you print the draft officially using the Submit button

Update all company users

If checked, the printer preferences set up on this page will be used for all users in the corporation.

If left unchecked, the printer preferences apply to the current user only.

Submit button

Selecting this button applies the preferences. A new Draft Printer Preferences page appears with preferences displayed as read only.
