Delete a panel authorization profile

About this task

Note: This function is available only to CSAs. The company must also be configured for panel authorization.

Procedure

  1. On the main menu, select Administration, and in the Manage section, select Panel Authorization Profiles.

  2. On the Manage Panel Authorization Profiles page for the profile you want to remove, click Delete.

  3. On the Delete Profile page, review the information.

  4. To complete the deletion, click Delete.

    The Manage Panel Authorization Profiles page appears without the deleted profile.
