Customize your view

Procedure

  1. On any of the customizable pages, click the Customize icon in the top left of the page.

  2. On the Customize toolbar, select Customize.

  3. Modify the view using any of the following actions:

    • Hide, move, and format columns.

    • Sort or group data.

    • Add calculations.

    • Format data, including conditional formatting.

    • Export or print the data on the page.

    • Right-click page elements to display a context menu, which include options that are relevant specifically to that element. For example, if you right-click a column header, the menu displays options for formatting the header text.

    Note: The online Help for the toolbar provides complete instructions on using the various tools. To access this Help, click the Help icon. The topic that displays is Viewing a report. More topics are available for formatting, organizing, and filtering report data. To access these topics, click the viewer Help's Table of Contents icon.

  4. After customizing your view, you can do the following:

    • Click Save to keep your customizations and use them every time you return to the page.

    • Discard your changes by navigating to another page without saving.

    Note: If you want to experiment with different customizations, without making them permanent, you can click the Revert to Bank Default View link to revert to the original settings.
