Create the User Audit report

About this task

The User Audit Report page enables you to define report criteria to generate a report, which includes changes made to a user or by a user. The report can include one, multiple, or all users and is based on a date range.

Procedure

  1. From the Administration tab, in the Reports section, select User Audit Report.

  2. On the User Audit Report page, enter report criteria.

  3. To view the report, click View Report.

    The report is generated and displays in a separate report viewer window.

Example

Caution: Some Internet browsers may detect the report viewer window as a pop-up. If you experience problems with displaying the report, add the web site to the list of safe sites. For example, in Windows Internet Explorer, the menu option for adding safe sites is Tools>Pop-up Blocker>Pop-up Blocker Settings. Do not turn off your pop-up blocking entirely.
