Create multiple wire or draft payments from a template group

Procedure

  1. From the Payments menu, in the Manage section, select Template Groups.

    The Manage Template Groups page lists all available template groups.

    Note: Template groups can be created for all wire payment types except for U.S. Federal Tax payments. Template groups are not available for ACH payments.

  2. For the selected group, click Create Payment.

    Note: Template groups cannot be used as long as any templates in the group are pending approval. If the Create Payment button is not enabled, this could be the reason.

  3. On the Create Template Group Payment page, complete the payment details being certain to include all required fields.

    Note:
    • You can apply one date to all the payments on the page. Click the Set All button at the top of the Value Date column, and the select a date. The date will be applied to all payments. If you wish, you can still change the date on specific templates after this.
    • The date must be a business day and within the maximum number of days allowed by the financial institution.
    • Rate calculations for international payments will be displayed on the preview page.
    • If the template is configured to allow specified detail fields to be changed, a link labeled Modify Payment Details appears in the Payment Type column. Clicking this link opens an overlay with all the detail fields that may be modified.

  4. When you have finished entering payment details, click Continue.

  5. On the preview page, review the payment information for accuracy.

  6. If requested, authenticate your identity by entering a Password, PIN, or token.

  7. Click Submit Payment to complete the payments and return to the Pending tab of the Payment Center.

    Note: New payments may require one or more additional authorizations before being processed. This authorization must be performed by an employee designated as an approver.
