Create an ACH payment

Procedure

  1. From the Payments menu, in the Create ACH Payments section, select the ACH payment type you want to create.

    Tip: For quick access, you can also create payments from the Payment Center page.

  2. On the Create Payment page for the ACH payment type, enter the new payment information.

    If you are a small business user, choose from these ACH payment types:

  3. Click Continue.

  4. On the Preview Payment page, do the following:

    • If requested, authenticate your identity by entering a password, PIN, or token.
    • Review your input.
    • Click Submit Payment to save the instruction and return to the Payment Center page.
    Tip: You can also use the Save Incomplete button to save the payment in its current state without submitting it.
