Create a template group

Procedure

  1. From the Payments menu, in the Manage section, select Template Groups.

  2. On the Manage Template Groups page, click Create Template Group.

  3. On the Create Template Group page, type a name for the new group in the Template Group Name field.

  4. The Available Templates list includes all existing templates for the company. Select the check boxes for templates that you want to include in the new group.

    Tip: Use the Filter option to locate templates based on their name or payment type.

  5. When you have finished adding all templates to the group, click Continue.

  6. On the preview page, review the information and click Submit Group to save it.

  7. The system returns you to the Manage Template Groups page where the new group is now listed and can be used to create new payment.

    Note: Template groups cannot be used as long as any templates in the group are pending approval. If the Create Payment button is not enabled, this could be the reason.
