Create a file delivery

About this task

You can schedule delivery of data files, such as BAI or CSV data export files, on an automated basis. File delivery enables files to be delivered to individuals without requiring that they log in to the system.

Note: Use export profiles to generate the data files. Before you can schedule file delivery, you must define an export profile using the Export function under the Accounts tab. See Manage Export Profiles.

Procedure

  1. Under the TOOLS tab in the Create section, select File Delivery.

  2. On the File Delivery page, click Create File Delivery.

  3. On the Create File Delivery page, enter information to create the file delivery.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. On the Schedule File Delivery page, review the file delivery profile information.

  6. To edit the profile further, click Edit. The Edit Scheduled File Delivery page appears.

    To save the profile, click Save. The File Delivery page appears with the modified file delivery profile.
