Template Information
- Template Activation
The date on which the template should become active
- Template Name
The name you give the template
- Originating Account
A valid account, as configured by the bank
- Collection Type
A list of available collection types
- Workflow
Select one or both of the following:
- Confidential
- Approve on Submit
Recipient Information
- Name
The name of the recipient
- Bank ID
ID of the recipient bank
- Account Number
Recipient account number
- Amount
The collection amount. Maximum 24 characters.
- Invoice Number
Required
Maximum 10 characters.
- Status
Indicates whether the recipient status is active, hold, or prenote
- Addenda
Optional
Maximum 80 characters.
