Approve an EFD encryption method change

Procedure

1. From the main menu, select File Services, and in the Electronic File Delivery section, select Security.

   If a different encryption has been selected and is pending approval, the Encryption Status will be Awaiting Approval.

2. Click Approve.

   Note: A change in EFD encryption must be approved by another entitled user.

3. For the S/MIME encryption method, select Click Here to download and install the required certificate. The EFD Security page reappears with the approved encryption method and an encryption status of Approved.
