Approve User Groups
The following fields and options appear on the Approve User Groups page:
- Select

A check mark indicating that the user group was selected on the Manage User Groups page.
- Name
-
User group name
- Description
-
Description of the user group
- Entitlement

One of these access levels for the user group:
- None – The user group has no entitlements granted.
- Custom – The user group has specific entitlements.
- Full – The user group has all current and future entitlements.
- Status
-
This field indicates where the user group is currently in the approval process.
To approve the selected user groups, click Approve. The Manage User Groups page appears. The selected user groups now have Approved in their Approval Status column.
