Activate Mobile Access

The Activate Mobile Access overlay is used to reactivate a deactivated Mobile Banking account. Once the account is reactivated, Mobile Banking activities can be resumed. The accounts and preferences that were previously set remain the same and the mobile activity history is retained.

Note:
  • Resuming mobile activity, with the same accounts and preferences, assumes that your entitlements have not changed.
  • The availability of mobile activity history depends on how long the data is stored.

To reactivate mobile access

  • Click Submit Change.
