About viewing a statement

The Statements feature enables you to view account statements. Statements display as either a scanned image of the printed statement or as a PDF file.

Note: If the statement is in PDF format, the statement does not display in the same window. You must click a link to display the statement in a separate browser window. If you have problems displaying statements, it may be because of your browser or browser settings. The banking application includes functionality that is best viewed in Internet Explorer. In addition, you must also have a certain setting enabled. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll down to the Security group, and select the Do not save encrypted pages to disk checkbox.
