About viewing EFD upload log files

Support company users can view the logs of past upload attempts for all companies and users. This feature aids with troubleshooting and resolving issues with a batch upload file.

Note: This feature is available only to authorized support company users for the financial institution.

Logged activities include the following:

  • The login ID and user name of the user who performed the activity
  • The date and time the activity was performed
  • The message type (Info, Warning, Error, or Critical)
Note: The displayed time is relative to the financial institution's time zone.
