About reports

These two report types are available in the Reports section under the Accounts tab:

  • Account reports – These reports have balances and transaction data that may be based on BAI, SWIFT, or a bank's own data format, depending on how the account information was loaded and mapped in the database. All report layouts and formatting are designed using the Actuate reporting tool. All balances and transaction data on the reports is defined by the financial institution and can be changed by the user when the report is generated. For more information about Actuate, see the Actuate user documentation on the Actuate Web site.
  • Special reports – You can download and view various reports defined by your financial institution. Special reports are typically EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or other text-based data reports. Special reports are not the same as customized reports, which can be modified by the user.

The reports available in a specific implementation of Universal Online Banker may vary depending on the localization or customization of the system.
